Shipping policy

All KAGEN products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once shipped, most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the destination and courier availability. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.

Customers will receive shipment tracking information as soon as the order is dispatched. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. KAGEN is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product.
